Yijin Jing 易筋经

Literally translated Muscle/tendon change classic, the Yi Jin Jing was probably written by a Taoist priest Zining in 1624. Legendary accounts attribute the book to Da Mo or Bodhidharma and was said to have been left behind after his departure from the Shaolin temple. Wikipedia page on Yi Jin Jing
