Wild Celery (旱芹 hàn qín)
This is the wild variety, which, taken as a drink, is extremely useful in calming hysteria. Its soothing properties will also help to promote relaxation, physically and mentally, and a good night's sleep. Because it contains two different oils, one heavy and one light, it has a tendency to neutralize uric acid, and therefore it is excellent in the fight against rheumatism, arthritis and gout. It has a very pleasant smell, and although the flower itself might seem a little flat to look at, it is very warming to the physical system.
