Tarragon.jpg

Sometimes this is known as the little dragon' and it has extensive usage in China, not only as a herb for medicants, but also added to vinegar to give it flavour. It is also found in tartare sauce, French dressing and mayonnaise. Medicinally this herb is excellent for the heart, brain and liver, due mainly to the volatile oil it contains.
