Dog Stance (Kou Shih)

From the Crane Stance, gently swing your front foot forward and upwards, pulling your toes back (as in the picture). Once the leg stops moving, let your toes drop forward. (The maximum height for a Dog Stance is having the whole leg parallel to the floor).
