Monkey Stance (Hou Shih)


From the Dragon Stance, Snake Stance or Duck Stance ensure that your weight is on your rear leg and the knee is bent. Draw your front foot back, keeping it flat on the floor until it can slide back no further. Then raise the toes but keep the heel in contact with the floor.=
